MR R. B. OWEN, a prominent worker for more music for the public and the schools. He is a director of the Royal Christ church Musical Society, and also of the Music in Schools Association. He has taken a leading part in the organisation of community singing, and is helping forward the movement for improved playgrounds for children. He is doing his bit to make life one grand sweet song.
