Cable Association (Received May 18. 9.5 a.m.) PARIS, May 17Tho Budget for 1923 provides for o total expenditure of 28 milliard francs. , There is a deficit of 280,000,000 francs. Three milliards have to bo covered by means of a loan. The military expenditure has been increased to the extent of 240,000,000 francs and naval expenditure by 323,000,000 francs. There is no new taxation.
