They also protested against the exclusion r*f the Germans from the proposed mixed com mi sis on. M. Tchitoherin informed the Confer once that the Russians welcomed the proposed non-aggression pact. Mr Lloyd George said that he* desired the pact to extend even to the Asiatics.
