NEW HIGH COURT JUDGE.
LONDON, May 16Mr Mark Lemon Romer, K.C-, has been appointed a High Court Judge, to the vacancy caused by the death of Sir Arthur Frederick Peterson. Sir Arthur Peterson was a Judge of I the High Court from 1915 until lii.s / death. 31 r Mark Lemon Berner was ) called to the Bar in 1890. and lias held the positions of counsel to the Cambridge University and to the Royal ’ C ollege of Physicians.
