BALFOUR’S EARLDOM.
PROVISION FOR MALE HEIRS. LONDON, May 6. The earldom conferred on Sir Arthur Balfour has been gazetted ‘' with remainder in default of issue to his brother Gerald and his male heirs; successively to his nephew Lieut.Colonel FVancis Cecil Balfour (First Inspector of the Sudan Political Service), and his male heirs; and to his nephew Oswald Balfour and his male heirs.
