RUSSIAN LABOUR TROUBLES,
STRIKE IN MUNITION FACTORIES. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received April 21, 12.55 p m.) HELSINGFORS, April 19. Serious labour disturbances have broken out in munition factories at Zlatoust in the Urals. Several commissaries were killed, Communist organisations dissolved, and local councillors arrested. Soviet troops have been despatched to quell the disturbance.
