NEW CABLE LINE.

The Western Union Telegraph Company has announced that the plans aro completed for laying new cables across the Atlantic from New York, probably to a German port. The cable, a new invention, will carry 40.000.000 words annually, as compared with the present cable’s capacity, which is 5,000,000 words.
