REFUNDING CONDITION. Bv Telegraph—Pres# Association—Copyright Australian aud N.Z. Cable Association. (Received April 20, 10.55 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April 20. Senator Pearce, Minister for Home and Territories, has advised that the American head tax of eight dollars on travellers would be refunded on the latter supplying proof that they took their departure from the United States within sixtv days.
