Cable Association LONDON, February 23 The death is.announced of Trumpeter Richardson, aged ninety-one, the last survivor ol" Balaclava. He was operated on in 1920 on account of wounds received in the charge of the I fight Brigade. Seven fragments of canister shot were removed.
