LOAN PROPOSAL CARRIED. (Special to the “ Star ”). NELSON, January 26. The loan proposal of £70,000 for the installation of electric light was carried bv 1240 to ISO. A steam plant will be erected at Port Nelson and tho whole city will be reticulated.
