Sir Ross Smith is completing preparations for his flight round tho world. Ho has secured a Vickers amphibian plane with Napier machines, both of which are now being built. He is arranging petrol supplies at various points and hopes to finally complete arrangements soon, enabling him to make a start in tho spring.
