WITH HOSPITALS BILL, (Feb Pbkm Association.) INVERCARGILL, January 18. Profound dissatisfaction is expressed bv medical men with the proposed Hospital* Bill, and they suggest that it he referred to the Medical Conference in W#Uintgjon at the end of February. The arbitrary clauses imposing duties on medical men are considered impracticable. and the increased fees threaten to abolish small maternity homes, which are the standby of the poorer people.
