MARRIED WOMAN INJURED. Ah a result of having been knocked down by n motor lorry in Moor house Avenue early this afternoon a woman named Airs Cade, who resides at No. Park Road, Addington, was admitted to the Hospital suffering from injurios to her head. FOUND HANGING. (Per Press Association.) PAHIATUA, November 17. Marie de Jersey Littlejohn, a mar ried woman, aged thirty - three v was found dead, hanging from a rafter in a cowshed at a friend’s place. Her husband, who is in the Public Works Department, was under transfer to Wellington. Deceased was under medical treatment for nerve trouble. SELF-IN FL J CTED WOUNDS. (Per Press Association.) PAHIATUA, November 17. Arthur Isnbert Carr, an elderly man, living in a wliai e at Aohanga, attempted, while on a drinking bout, to commit suicide by emitting his wrist with a knife, and inflicting a wound near the heart with a needle. Ho appeared before the Court and was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon. SUICIDE. (Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, November 17. Agnes Jane North, a married woman, aged forty-two, with four children, committed suicide at Havelock by taking poison. FALL INTO BOILING WATER (Per. Press Association.) DUNEDIN, November 17 At the inquest on Albert Wilson, who died as the result of falling into a tub of boiling water when employed by the products works, Green Island,, on November 7, a verdict of accidental death was returned.
