STRIKINC AND BOYCOTTING. < Pun Press Association.) WELLINGTON, November 17. Tlio Employers’ Federation decided to represent to the Government that business people .should not be required to close their premises on tlje day oi a by-election. Further, it was decided to urge that the law be enforced as it applies to the notion of union officers in inciting a strike, particularly against Arbitration Court awards, and asking for legislation against the boycotting of employers or groups of emplo3*ers.
