B„ Morris /Secretary of Post and Telegraphs):— “ Special arrangements hi* re been made tor the acceptance of Christmas and New Year greeting cable messages, via Pacific, addressed to the United JFLingdem, and lodged not later than December 20 and 28 for delivery on Christmas morning and New Year’s Eve respectively. The charge is 6s 8d for ten words, additional words 8d sach. Tho text must be confined to greetings or purely social matters. B’lsinesa matt*-. are®jt permitted ”
