PRICE OF WHEAT. (Received November 4. 1.10 p.m.) MELBOURNE. November 4. The Victorian Wheat Commission lias further reduced the price of wheat to be gristed for export to 5s 3d per bushel. WHEAT DROPS IN CHICAGO. (Received November 4. 1.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 3. Wheat sold in the Chicago market at ninety-five cents per bushel. This is the lowest level reached for five years. There wa.s wild trading in the grain pit. Mr James Patton predicts that the price will recede much further Millers are credited with driving down prices. HIDES. MELBOURNE, November 4. There are fair supplies of hides. Bidding is keen, but values aro unchanged.
