MR CLUTHA MACKENZIE, M.P., elected on Wednesday to succeed the Bon A. M. Myers, who resigned. Mr Mackenzie is a son of Sir Thomas Mackenzie. He was blinded by a wound received in the Gallipoli campaign, a shell from a British warship foiling short and doing the damage. He has tackled the battle of life with great courage.
