P ADDON CHALLENGES.^ (Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, November 2. George Seifert, of Hamilton; this morning lodged a deposit of £IOO with the “ Waikato Times” on behalf of James Paddon, of New South Wales, to row the winner of the Arnet-Hadfield sculling race for £SOO aside and the championship of the world.
