WELLINGTON SALES. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 14. At the wool sales to-day there was animated competition. The rises on last sale prices were : Half-bred, 13rd to 2d. Fine cross-bred, lsd. Medium cross-bred, Id to lid. Coarse, Id to lid. Low, id. Hoggets, Id to lid. Lambs, Id. Cvutciiings, par to Ad. 1-oeks, par. Keen buying was displayed. DATES OF SALES. Tho New Zealand Wool Buyers’ Association has announced the following dates for wool sales for the 1921-22 season :—. November.—Wellington 17th, Christchurch 21st, Timaru 23rd, Napier 29th. December.,—Wanganui 2nd, Auckland stb, Wellington 9th, Christchurch loth, Dunedin 20th. January .T—Timaru 3rd, Wanganui 6tfi, Napier ljth, Wellington 16th, Christchurch 20th, Invercargill 26th, Dunedin 30th. February.—Timaru 3rd, Auckland Bth. Napier 18th, “Wellington 17th, Christchurch 23rd. Dupedim 28th. March. —Invercargill 3rd. Wellington Nth. Napier 13th. Wanganui 16th.
