THE LABOUR PARTY.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 22. The question of unemployment and immigration were among matters discussed by the national executive of the New Zealand Labour Party. Owing to the Labour Party being a purely political body, the executive decided to express no opinion on the two subjects, which it was considered should be left to trades unions and industrial organisations for the purpose of forming a policy thereon- A similar decision was agreed upon in the case of the Labour vacancy on the Arbitration Court.
