TRAMWAY REGULATIONS.
* (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 13. A conference of representatives from various local bodies and other authorities controlling tramway undertakings throughout the Dominion is tit.bo held in Wellington this week for the purpose of discussing the long delayed tramway regulations to be issued by the Government. The Minister of Public \yorks, tho Hon J. G. Coatos, invited tho authorities concerned to select five delegates to sit in conference to-morrow with a similar number of representatives of the Tramway Employees 1 Federation, with a view to endeavouring to arrive at a mutual understanding about the .enforcing of the regulations.
