SECRET TREASURE.
MOTORIST’S LUCKY FIND. j Wo have all heard or read of lucky finds, of the discovery of secret hoards of a secretive person who has subsequently died. Recently a well-known Christchurch Motorist had a lucky find. He had just bought a. new residence and with a friend was removing some dobras from the sido of a shed ' when tho spado struck a hard black object, it was discovered to bo an ancient battery apparently quit© j useless. Tho motorist was going to throw it away, but tho friend who had already had a pleasurable experience of the splendid work of tho Christchurch Battery Co., 86, Kihnoro Street, persuaded him to send it there. Tho Battery Co. officials made a thorough test of the battery, and to the motorist's delight were ablo to repair it efficiently and it is now running like a new batterv. 'Phone 4959 will get tho Battery’s Establishment, which is throe doors east of Victoria Street. TTS
