A BRUTAL MURDER.

The Irish Solicitor-General, in the House of Commons, replying to a question, said that Mrs Lindsay warned ill© Crown forces of a possible ambush. No action was being taken, owing to tho truce, to discover the murderers. Airs , Lindsay was a widow, aged seyenty. She .was captured in February last T>y Sinn Feiners. Recently her relatives received a letter from the Sinn Fein Minister of Defence, aunouncing her execution os a spy.
