LOW TIDE. The tide fell to an unusually low level at Lyttelton yesterday morning. It registered eight inches below normal. PENINSULA ELECTRICAL SCHEME. O’Shea, on Monday afternoon, fell through a skylight into the engineroom, a distance of about fifty feet. When picked up he did not appear to be seriously hurt, but it was thought advisable yesterday to remove him to the Hospital for examination, as it is thought that bis spine is injured.
