ANNUAL MEETING. fPen Prkss Association. 1 WELLINGTON, Juno 17. At the Bank of New Zealand meeting the chairman, in reply to a shareholder, said that the question of raising fresh capital had never been considered by the Board at all. This should be the people’s bank, and the prospects in that direction were hopeful. The report and balance-sheet were adopted . Votes of thanks were passed to the directors and the staff.
