The Washington correspondent of the “New York Sun” states that the Republican Senate leaders received assurances that t-lie Administration has found that it is impossible to make peace with Germany under the Versailles Treaty, and that the final enactment of the ICxios-Porter peace resolution will be followed by negotiations for a new Treaty.
