SALE REPORT. One of the most successful ahetion sales of furniture ever held in Christchurch was conducted by Craddocks Agencv Company, Limited’, in conjunction with Harman and Stevens, Ltd), at 50, Striven Road, Riccarton, on account of Mr F. Dixon. The prices realised for a. few of the principal items were as follow:—Piano i-72 10s, cak sideboard £23, chesterfield £2' loe, dining gatelegged table £l3 10a, h.b. dining chaira £ls, 2 morris chaira SS. hall and stair runners £l9, Ax-minster carpet squares £l2 and £l2 2Cs, tub chair (plush) £5, duchesse chests £l2 10s end £lO IGa, oak bedsteads £l2 10s •and £l2 ss. seagrasa chairs £3 2s Gd apiece. The other effects brought equally good prices, and a two hours’ sale realised just upon £4OO. Craddocks Agency Company, Ltd. (in conjunction with Evelyn Clark, Robinson and Co.), sold by auction nt their land sale rooms cn Saturday.
