As a result of j that visit, it appears that those inter- , ested are moving towards tho setting j I up of an Avon River Control Board, I i to take over the control of tho river. • j I recommend that this hoard take a j j sympathetic view of those efforts, and j I assist in the formation of such a board, j I if sufficient interest is .shown by other « local bodies and persons concerned in ! the control of the river. !
