FOUND DEAD.
Tlie adjourned inquest relative to the death of William George Green, who was found dead on tho North Road, Belfast, on February 18, was resumed at the Courthouse to-day before. Mr V. G. Day, S.M. Mr Buchanan appeared on behalf of deceased’s widow I>r A. B. Pearson, pathologist at the Christchurch Hospital, gave a detailed statement as to the condition of deceased’s organs, as revealed by a post-mortem examination. In witness’s opinion death was due to heart failure, due to acute toxic nephritis, accelerated bv acute catarrh of the stomach There were no signs of injury to the body. To Mr Buchanan: "Witness saw no signs of an old injury to deceased’s hip. He could not see any association between such an injury and the condition of deceased's organs. Charlotte Neale, residing at North Road, Belfast, gave evidence as t-o seeing deceased leaning on a wire fence when witness was going to the pictures. Deceased appeared to be snoring. The
