CONFLICTING REPORTS. •• The Times ” Service. LONDON. February 28. Reports as to the position of Tiflis are conflicting. Georgian Government telegrams state that it lias not fallen. A Constantinople correspondent states that anarchy and pillage are rampant in Tiflis, due to Bolshevik agents rirmoralisinc; the Georgian army, which later melted away, allowing the Bolshevik army to capture the town without resistance. Another Bolshevik nrmr is marching upon Batonm. on which a Turkish army also is marching. The Moslem population will certainly support the latter.
