Mr E. Kellett, M-P for Dunedin North, arrived from Wellington yesterday, and left Christchurch oy the second express . Mr J- H. Gun son, who has held a lengthy term as Mayor of Auckland, and who had decided to retire, has consented to stand again at the earnest request of leading citizens. The Rev Frank Rule, who has been visiting Marlborough, Nelson and the "West Coast to stimulate interest in the work of the Presbyterian orphanages, has returned to Christchurch. Mr Rule will leave this month on an extended visit to the United .States and Britain.
