SIR ROSS SMITH ENTERTAINED

Colonel Seely, in proposing the aviator’s health, said that those who cared for the future of British aviators were rejoiced to meet the Smith brothers after their groat adventure. Sir Ross Smith, in replying, emphasised the great part that aviation must play commercially, especially in countries of wide expanse like Australia-
