Cable Association LONDON, February Smith and Inman, besides refusing: to compete in the championship, are inaugurating a new association restricted to professional*, which, will conduct its own championship and control the rules of the game. Smith complains of the existing body tinkering absurdly with the rules, especially tha ?roposal that red losing hazards should scora wo points. Smith holds that if the rula needs altering it should be done by limiting the number of consecutive hazards.
