AEBEAL INCREASES SENTENCE. LONDON, February 7. Condemning frivolous appeals against, convictions, thus wasting the time of the Court, Justice Sir Horace Avorv to-day exercised the right of the Court to increase the sentence in such case*, dating the sentence of twelve months’ imprisonment passed on a forger from to-day instead of from the date of his sentence.
