SCHOOLGIRL’S DEATH.
UNEXPECTED COLLAPSE. The deqth of Alma- Mona, Grammer, a schoolgirl of ten, occurred last night at her parents’ residence, 9, Exeter Street. The girl had spent an evening at a neighbour’s place on Tuesday, in company with a sister, and during the night was taken ill with st-omacli ache followed by vomiting. She remained in bed all next day, and had apparently recovered. At night, however, she was again taken ill. and was treated by her mother in accordance with a doctor's instructions. At 1.30 this momingthe girl’s condition became worse. Dr Newton, upon arrival, ordered her removal to the Hospital, but she expired before the arrival of a taxi.
