SATURDAY’S “ STAR. 9 * to tlxo great popularity o? the Saturday issue of the " Stßr ” and the consequent- heavy demand for advertising space, tha Proprietors are compelled to appeal to Advertisers to hand in their copy earlier in the week: It ia impossible under existing conditions to handle the mass of Advertisements tendered on Saturday mornings. DOUBLE BATES Will be charged on all Advertisements tendered on Saturdays for publication the same day, and even at double rates publication cannot be guaranteed. Copy for Display Advertisements and change of copy for Contract Advertisements must be handed in before 2 p.m. on Thursdays. Advertisers are very earnestly urged to hand in their copy ae early as possible. The minimum charge for Advertisements handed in on Saturday* will be I*. A. G. HENDERSON, Manager. May 1, 1930.
