MTSkr.y FIRST PBT7.F. LONDON. January 10 The Bol«herik Mayor of neta (Russia) lost the first prize in the national' lottery of £20.000 because he did not claim the prize in time. The Mayor is instituting litigation against the State on the ground that, as a Bolshevik, be reads only “ Avanti” (the Socialist organ), in which the results were not printed.
