DOUBLE RATES Will be charged on all Advertisements tendered an Saturdays for publication the same day, and even at double rates publication cannot he guaranteed. Copy for Display Advertisements and change of copy for Contract Advertisements must be handed in before 2 p.m. on Thursday*.
