Mr P. Selig said that they did not encourage lawyers to attend, but as a woman was concerned in this instance, perhaps the board would raise no objection. Mr R. A. Armstrong moved that no objection, should be raised to the presence of tlie lady’s solicitor. was agreed to. Miss James, accompanied l>y Mr F. D. Sargent, subsequently attended. The proceedings were taken in committee. On the board resuming, it was agreed lo postxione decision for one month.
