SALVATION ARMY.

Tins Sunday, in the Salvation Army Citadel, in Victoria Square, the services will be conducted by Captain and Mrs Mackenzie, late of Dunedin. The 7 and 11 a.m. services are particularly for the upbuilding of spiritual life and character among Christians, while the evening service will be of a revival character. The Silver Band, songster brigade and mandolin orchestra will be present, and will assist in che services during the day. C«.ptain nnd Mrs Mackenzie are accompanied by Candidate Stanton, who assists in the home, thus leaving Mrs Mackenzie free to visit the sick and tho 3« in need. Captain and Mrs Mackenzie were appointed to Lyttelton some seven years ago, and during the two years they were there found many opportunities for work among the poor.
