ACCUSED MAN FURTHER REMANDED. [Per Pnr.ss Association.] AUCKLAND, September 20. Samuel John Thom, farm labourer who was arrested on a charge of having murdered Sidney Seymour Eyre fanner, at Pukekawa on August 24* camo_ before Mr Poynton, S.M., this morning at the Auckland Police Court, and was further remanded for eight days.. Accused wa-i represented by Mr R. A. Singer, lb is not likely that the trial will be proceeded with within the uexi fortnight, . '
