. LAECOMBE—GATES. A wedding took plaeo at the Methodist Church, Colombo Street, on September Jo, when Mr William H. Larcombo, eldest son of Mr and Mrs AV. Larcombe, Woolston, was married to Miss Gladys M. E. Gates, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs il. Gates, Addington. The bride, who was given away by her tather, wore a gown of ivory satin and georgette prettily embroidered. tier veil was arranged with the usual wreath of orange blossom, and she carried a beautiful shower bouquet.
