GAS SHORTAGE.
POSITION SERTOUs' IN AUCKLAND. [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September 3. The severe curtailment of gas has seriously affected the various industries depending on that commodity for power or heat. Most or the restaurants served _ everything cold to-day, including drinks, and several have announced closing until the gas supply.is back to normal.
