A very remarkable visitor recently made his appearance in London town. This personage is Sadhu Sundor Singh, who renounced a rich inheritance in India to become a. Christian, and suffered much persecution when, fourteen years ago, at the . age of sixteen, he decided to devote himself to a religious life. Attempts were made to poison him, arid he was thrown into prison and subjected to torture. There was a time when his distress was So great that he determined to commit suicide.
