The. chairman submitted a draft of the duties of the staff of the different rest houses. After some discussion it was decided that some alterations should ho made and (hat the chairman should submit copies of proposed duties of the staff for iho information of th® committee. 11 was decided to hold a meeting cf the genera! committee nt an early date to consider these proposal*.
