* The monthly meeting of tho Board of Governors of the M’Lenn Institute was held yesterday, Mr George Harper presiding. Superintendent Warner reported with regard to lire prevention at Holly Lea. Limbless men while attending artificial limb factories for repair of their artificial limbs should apply to tho Commissioner of Pensions for supplementary pensions for tho period they r are in attendance at the factory or workshop, providing such attendance' necessitates their being away from their ) homes and leaving their employment.
