U was stated by the chairman that several rinks had tied, and bad not played an extra head as they should have done. The executive hail settled tho matter by allowing all the teams to ulay in the finals, After considerable discussion, the action of the executive was approved.

It was decided to bold an Easter tournament to extend over four days. The formation of n scheme of play was left entirely in tho hands of the executive. Tho chairman congratulated Messrs IV, Spillcr and J. Turnbull upon winning the championship doubles of Now Zealand at the recent tournament. In acknowledging the congratulations, mention was made of the fight put up by Mr Henderson in his attempt to carry off the championship singles. Tho centre expressed its appreciation of the work of the secretary and executive in tho conduct of (ho tournament; also that of Mr E. A. Summers, president of the ion Council.
