WELLINGTON, February 20.

Sir Francis Bell points out. in reply to the Gisborne complaint of being excluded from the Prince's itinerary, that the Sundays during the visit are kept .absolutely free for rest from arduous duties, therefore it is impossible to send the Renown from Napier during the week-end. The itinerary Was necessarily limited, only 27 days being available. Regarding ihe four clavs in Christchurch, the Minister states that one is Sunday, and that a greater parr, of another day is absorbed by a race meeting.
