The Supreme Council has appointed throe commissioners to consider the boundaries of the new Armenian Republic, the Turkish debt to the Allies and Greece’s claim to Smyrna. The Council now is ochating the question of the Dardanelles, the number of troops required and who is to provide them, m?o what rights are to be conferred on lurkey with regard to Axlrianople.

The Britisn High Commissioner at Constantinople lias been instructed to publish the fact that the Allies liava decided not to deprive the Turks of Constantinople, but the Porte is warned fhat_ if the- persecutions of Armenians continue, the Turkish peace treaty will be considerably modified.
