At a meeting of the Ambulance Week Committee last night Mr C. J. Treleaven. secretary, reported that lie still required a lai'ge number of young ladies to sell badges on the last day of the appeal, March 10. The Mayor of New Brighton has informed the' committee that ladies of the Red Cross Society in the district will not be able to help i(i the appeal, as they have undertaken, work connected with the Creche and kindergarten Society;
